| BMI Properties is a company built on Family Values. Bill Rhees founded BMI in 1965, and has since been joined by his son and partner Phil, son Patrick and nephew Matt. Together they offer more services than any other homebuilder in Green Country.
Bill Rhees has been honored by the National Association of Home Builders for his professional performance. He was recently named the first "Master Builder" in Eastern Oklahoma. His Bachelors Degree in Business Management, along with a Graduate Certification in Mortgage Banking combine a mix of business knowledge with his G.B.I. and C.G.R. professional designations. These are a result of ten years of study in such subjects as site selection and management techniques.
Phil Rhees has a Bachelors Degree in Finance, and after five years in the banking industry, joined Bill to create a unique home-building experience matched by no other company in the area. Continuing his education, Phil has also earned his C.G.B. designation from the NAHB.
